Recent graduate’s flat deposit raising idea

Added: (Sun Jan 15 2012)

Pressbox (Press Release) - A young professional hopes to raise a flat deposit by selling 200 picture spaces in a public Million Dollar Photo Album on his facebook profile.
Viktor Kazinec, 24, of London, who has recently graduated from Loughborough University, has created the album and launched milliondollarphotoalbum.com. Companies can buy a picture space in the album from $250, with prices increasing to $10,000 as spaces fill up. If he succeeds, he will raise a total of $1m.
As many other young adults, Viktor could not afford the substantial deposit required to take out a mortgage. Not to wait for years before he can finally save up tens of thousands of pounds he created the album and webpage, which have already attracted a first buyer.
