Princeton, US - blogduglod (http://blogduglod.over-blog.com) aims to give news-hungry aliens a fresh insight into life on the planet Earth
Dr Nilbert Nollikins, Krobolian ambassador plenipotentiary to Earth, will be spaceblogging exclusively for blogduglod (http://blogduglod.over-blog.com). His last posting was to the Drobolop frozen asteroid cluster. Through his spaceblogs, Nilbert will be giving us his perspective on the oddities of Earth and its unpredictable inhabitants.
"I'm delighted to join the blogduglod team," said Nilbert. "Earth is an unusual and primitive planet - so incredibly different to the rest of the civilized universe. I've only been here a month and I cannot get over how strange everything is. Earthlings really do the most bizarre things, but I suppose that is why they remain so fascinating to aliens across the universe."
Blogduglod encourages aliens everywhere to get in touch if they have questions about Earth for the ambassador. He promises to do his best to answer them.
"I have a lot of exciting plans for my time on this weird planet. It should give me plenty of material for my spaceblogs."
According to a recent survey in The Alien Times, the trend in spaceblogging has surged by over 2000% over the last four years. Initially used for short-range planetary business, spaceblogging has now expanded in order for individuals to establish contact with aliens further away from home planets.
"Spaceblogging is the future of alien communication," explains Professor Prip Mongoop, Head of Cosmic Connectionology at Flicgat University – one of the universe’s most advanced technology institutions. "We've been looking for a way to make this technology accessible to young aliens for a long time so that they can learn more about Earth. Thanks to the groundbreaking work of the Over-Blog Network, we are now able to do so. The launch of blogduglod is a major advance for news-hungry aliens everywhere!”
