Lopesan launches its new web pages that enable quick and convenient hotel, golf and conference reser

The Lopesan Hotel Group has just put the new web pages of its two hotel chains into operation - lopesanhotels.com and ifahotels.com � through which reservations can be made quickly and conveniently from any computer.

With this new communication tool, the Lopesan Hotel Group offers Internet users an intuitive browsing system that allows them to make hotel reservations online in real time, with instant payment and confirmation in only three �clicks�. It also allows easy access to tourist facilities that the company offers in the sectors of health and beauty, golf and conferences.

The new web pages � available in four languages: Spanish, English, German and Italian � they also offer the chance to reserve package holidays with specific services designed a la carte, or the latest offers that the Lopesan Hotel Group will launch to coincide with certain dates such as Saint Valentines, Mother�s or Father�s Day and winter breaks, among others.

A searcher is also provided for airplane ticket reservations and useful advantages for clients who register with the Lopesan Hotel Group, such as receiving information about latest offers and special rates.

As added support to the new web pages, clients also have a telephone customer support service in Gran Canaria and in Germany that serve clients in Spanish, German and English. There will soon be another in the Dominican Republic.

�Both Internet portals offer a professional area aimed at, on one hand, communication and information, and on the other, travel agencies, tour operators or specific groups, that will be able to carry out reservations online quickly and efficiently with exclusive advantages�, says Anne St�ckrath, the corporate manager of the E-Business Sales and Marketing Department of the Lopesan Hotel Group.

Anne St�ckrath joined the company just a year ago in Gran Canaria and works with a qualified team of professionals whose main mission is to boost sales of the tourist products of the Lopesan Hotel Group through the Internet. The work that St�ckrath carries out depends directly on the managing directors of the business group.

The web pages offer an appearance adapted to the new corporate image that the Lopesan Hotel Group has started to promote in all its companies, with more attractive content that supplies information about all its hotels and the tourist destinations where they are located, as well as specific sections about its conference, health and golf facilities.


Accommodation offered by the Lopesan Hotel Group

The Lopesan Hotel Group currently has � through its chains Lopesan Hotels & Resorts and IFA Hotels & Resorts � a total of 27 hotels in six countries in Europe and the Americas, the majority of them four-star hotels. All of them are owned, except the two in Bulgaria and the IFA Hafendorf Rheinsberg Hotel, Wellness & Tagungen in Germany that are run under a management system.

The island of Gran Canaria is the tourist destination that offers the highest concentration of its accommodation, with new establishments, while there is also one in Fuerteventura. The other hotels are located in Germany, Austria, Italy, Bulgaria and the Dominican Republic.
