For Immediate Release
Own a share in a South London Internet Caf for only 75.00!
A cash-strapped entrepreneur from South London is using eBay to try and raise a shortfall of between 7,500 and 15,000 pounds needed to open an Internet Caf on Brixton Road, near the Oval, London SW9 6BS.
The unique funding proposition sees the owner giving 5% of the revenue from 1 PC to each of 100 people who provide initial funding to the venture.
Those who buy a share will be entitled to the revenue for 5 years and should make a big return on their investment even if the cybercaf only operates a 20% of its capacity.
If 90% capacity is maintained over 5 years then investors would stand to bank a total return of over 1350.00 each more than 17 times their original investment!
Investors can choose to get a monthly or quarterly report which allows them to monitor their investment. This will cover usage of the cyber caf, provide forecasts for the month ahead and inform investors how much of a return they made in the reporting period. Returns will also be paid in line with the reports, so either monthly or quarterly, starting in Month 1!
Every 5% share will earn exactly the same return each month, as usage will be calculated on average based on the total number of machines in the caf.
The caf will be open from 8am until midnight, 7 days a week and charge just 1 per hour for internet access. All machines will be P4 with 512MB RAM and 17 monitors running Windows XP Pro. No more than 6 machines will share each of 3 x 8MB ADSL connections.
Saif Bonar, the entrepreneur behind the innovative fundraising idea hopes to raise the cash by the end of the week and open the premises, on Brixton Road, SW9 by the end of April.
Saif has lived in the area since 1985. He went to school and has worked locally. He hopes to run the caf with a strong social ethos, offering discounts to the elderly, disabled, local students and youth.
Saif has experience in IT, retail, and running his own business. The IT Manager will be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) ensuring the latest P4 system are kept in optimal condition.
Bidding has started now at only 75.00 per share, there are only 6 days left so get over to EBay and trying bagging yourself a bargain before all 100 shares are gone!
