Over half (59%) of internet daters say they would consider bonking someone they had met through the internet on a first date simply because they had chatted a few times and felt they had got to know the person, according to a survey conducted by email4love.com, part of the email4 Group. Interestingly, most of those questioned, 71%, also said they were looking for a serious relationship.
The survey, sent out to 5,250 registered Internet daters, also showed that 63% wouldn’t go on a singles night because of the stigma attached to them. 59% said they don’t check Internet dating email at work compared to 38% that do.
The survey also showed that most of the survey respondents (13%) were Aries, compared to an average of just 7% for all other star signs.
Over half, 54%, also said they wouldn’t discuss how well their dates had gone with work colleagues, compared to 35% that would.
