Alec Defrawy Defends Pearlman

"Lou Pearlman's not a shyster," says Alec Defrawy. "I've done business with him, and I must say that his ethics are as unimpeachable as mine."

Defrawy, Chairman and CEO of Defraudi, Inc., says Pearlman is being attacked only because he's such an easy target.

"Lou carries a lot of weight in the public sector, but his private side is not as well known," he continues, "I've seen all sides of the man".

"In fact, I used to jog around him," recalls Defrawy.

"It was quite a workout, and I must admit I miss it."
