Turkey has recently been a popular country for purchase of real estate-apartments and houses. The estimations show that in the coming ten years hundred thousands of foreigners will buy real estate in Turkey.
To purchase real estate in a foreign country requires primary knowledge about the local real estate market, time, local acquiaintances and trust.
We cooperate with and represent some constructors, realtors and lawyers. In this way, we function as contact people.
Our first advise to those who plan to buy a real estate in Turkey is that they should first find out where they will buy. Selection of location is a personal taste. We can be with you to different localities such that they can choose the best location for you. So, one is finished with the first step. Though we cooperate with some constructors/ realtors, we would not want that you be limited to our alternatives. Therefore, as a consultant we can also be with you to other alternatives than ours. In this way you can feel yourself freer in the selection-process.
Payment for our services:
*In case you buy a real estate-land, house or apartment- through a constructor/realtor we cooperate with, then you pay 3% of the salesamount as the realtor fee which we share with him.

*In case you buy a real estate through a constructor/realtor we do not cooperate with or in case there happens no purchase, then you pay 200 Euro per working day. You are also supposed to cover all the transport costs.
