About SatCom, Inc.

SatCom's breakthrough of this Librarian system vision began with the
SatCom research and development with both Stanford University and
Sigma Systems.

"GLOBALIZATION OF COMMUNICATIONS DELIVERY"

As we traverse the Information Age, boundaries are beginning to fall
away. Borders that just a few years ago seemed insurmountable will be
things of history.

With the spread of information and the ability to straddle once
mountainous obstacles, mankind will join in commerce, exploration and
edification of each other.

With that happening, as trade and global understanding come to humanity
as a whole, we will have entered the new age.

Any system that permits every person to communicate with every other
person globally will aid in the development of commerce.

Infrastructure Development in Emerging Markets. The key to the
prosperity of the emerging and rapidly developing nations is the
development of infrastructure.

Communications infrastructure in large and mainly rural communities
brings its own set of problems. The cost of such infrastructure
development is often prohibitive. Even when this is not the case, the
ability of the people to deal with suddenly being thrust into a new
technical developmental stage often brings confusion and mistrust. How
communities like India and China will handle jumping from
underdevelopment to infrastructure and architecture in place to support
a booming economy of industrialization is not clear. What is clear is
that this is an inevitability that can be handled well and made
relatively painless. The Company sees its role in this system of
integration as vital to the smooth transition into an information-based
global community.

The Application Education.

The educational applications of the Librarian are virtually limitless.
With the Librarian, education becomes interactive.

The SatCom system will allow for unlimited numbers of Intranets within
a
limited number of computer data bases called libraries. One of these
libraries will be dedicated to an educational network.

This network will allow SatCom to bring the classroom to any person in
the world. It will make quality education available to every man, woman
and child on the planet, by giving them access to the world's vast
number of educators and unlimited amounts of information. No longer
will
students be limited in their access of information. The versatility of
the Librarian is unparalleled. It will contain the student's entire
school history, their entire year's curriculum and reference material,
and class assignments.

The Librarian contains voice recognition and write recognition
software.
It has a universal translator so education and interaction of students
can cross all language barriers.

Another exciting feature is that through the Librarian's "Virtual
Translator" the deaf will be able to sign into the Librarian's video
camera and the translator will convert the sign language into text or
into words that correspond. In reverse, the person wishing to speak to
the deaf will be able to write/type or speak into the Librarian and it
will convert it to sign language via the Virtual Translator. For the
first time in history the deaf will be able to communicate with
everyone
easily and effortlessly. It allows them equal access and equal
opportunities.

The Virtual Translator also gives access to the blind through voice
recognition programs and with its built-in GPS (Global Positioning
System) can serve as an "electronic seeing eye dog" to direct the blind
anywhere and everywhere. It lets them know through voice recognition
programs where they are and in what direction they need to go.

They will also have built-in electronic signals to make them aware of
traffic, street signs and traffic control signals. Magnetic strips
could
be incorporated into pedestrian crossings, allowing the Librarian to
sense the magnetic and electronic signatures, which would allow the
blind to cross streets safely. All public transportation would be tied
into an electronic pathway so they could hail a cab simply by voice
requesting one. The cab would lock on the GPS and be directed to the
person who signaled them.

The Librarian becomes a Virtual Companion and assistant for the hearing
and sight impaired, as well as others with various disabilities which
have made their lives more difficult than need be. Medical. The company
foresees a medical Intranet that would be enormously beneficial. It
would allow medical personnel to network within their own closed
system;
doctor to doctor, doctor to nurse, doctor to hospital. This system
allows doctors to manage their time more efficiently. A nurse on house
calls would have all the patient's medical files and history already
preloaded onto their Librarian; including a complete medical reference
library. They could contact the patient's doctor and allow them to
teleconference from their home, or even bedside. If a patient is
prescribed a medication, the instant the medication is prescribed it
will automatically check to see if there are any drug conflicts or
known
allergic reactions to the patient. If there is, the doctor, nurse, and
patient will be notified by the Librarian immediately. This feature
alone could save thousands of lives a year.

Another powerful application of the Librarian is not only its time
management abilities, but also its office and billing management
capabilities. As a patient is treated and prescribed, the Librarian
will
post the billings to the proper account and fill out the necessary
forms
and paperwork required by the various agencies. This will keep the
entire medical system current with billings and collections. When a
patient is prescribed a medicine, the Librarian will give the patient a
complete readout of the medication prescribed to allow them to make an
informed decision on whether or not they want to take this medication.
In the event of emergencies, the Librarian has a built-in 911 channel
for medical emergencies. A patient could get immediate help remotely
and
be monitored on an ongoing basis until emergency response personnel
arrive. Or, if a person was trapped in a car, plane, boat, etc. and
lost
consciousness, the 911 signal activation would serve as a locator
beacon
and help would be sent to their location. Another feature of the
medical
software package is the lab on a chip. With this technology the
Librarian becomes a portable and powerful diagnostic lab. It will
perform blood tests (without needles) with its bio mechanical thumb
print reader. It will also perform hair and skin analysis. It will
become a invaluable tool for health awareness and maintenance.

Emergency.

Every Librarian will come with a emergency channel pre-installed. This
will allow for local, state and national emergency alerts to be
broadcast via satellite instantly. This feature alone could save
thousands of lives a year on a global basis. People now will have life
saving information as soon as it is available.

Natural disasters like floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes,
volcanic eruptions, etc. can be tracked and information will be
broadcast, keeping people advised as to current conditions. If an
emergency situation arises, the affected areas will be alerted through
the Librarian's emergency frequency. The Librarian could not only track
the footprint of the emergency, it will advise people of the safest and
fastest routes out of the danger area. Up until now, the lack of
information has cost untold loss of life needlessly. If there is a
situation where a fire crew is caught or trapped behind the fire lines,
the Librarian would be able to plot a course that would take them away
from danger and coordinate efforts of resources to clear a safe
passageway out. Highway Emergencies. The Librarian could constantly
monitor road conditions. It would alert you of traffic conditions and
would sound a beep and red flashing light in the event of a traffic
accident ahead.

The Librarian could then tie into an emergency traffic broadcast
channel
to advise you of the accident, alternative routes that could be taken,
etc. The highway signs would be digital and they, too, would alert the
entire highway network of the danger and the emergency. Environmental
Testing Abilities.

The Librarian will have a number of safe features built in. A fire and
smoke detector will alert someone sleeping or with diminished senses,
of
an emergency and plot an escape route. It also would have a carbon
monoxide sensor and a sensor of other toxic gases and fumes. In
addition, it would have diagnostic sensors for testing your air, water
and food for safety and purity. This is invaluable for travelers in
foreign environments. This, along with the medical diagnostic abilities
for testing different diseases and pathogens, could help keep diseases
in check

Librarian using either the thumbprint or voice print recognition scan
system built into the platform. This will log who specifically worked
on
the plane, when and what was done, if any parts were changed out and
why. This information is transmitted via satellite to the central
computer.

The Universal Translator.

The company feels this will be the single most used feature on a
global
scale. With the universal translator, a Chinese person can speak to an
American in their native language. As the Chinese is spoken, it is
translated into English by the Librarian and vice versa. It will allow
people around the world to converse freely. It will become easier to
travel in foreign countries because you will always be able to
communicate.

Intranet for World Financial Markets.
The world is getting smaller, and the need for a safe, reliable
platform
for conducting financial transactions over a global system is obvious.

With the Librarian, it will now be possible to conduct all types of
financial and business transactions with complete confidence and
security with the Librarian's built in Bio-Mechanical thumbprint
recognition, retina scanner, voice pattern recognition and DNA
identification abilities along with a powerful encryption chip. The
Librarian offers the world a safe and secure platform and system by
which to conduct its financial affairs. SatCom estimates that credit
card fraud and financial transaction theft will become outdated. The
Librarian and its related technologies will provide the world's
financial markets with the safest and most reliable system ever
conceived. With access, mobility and reliability, it offers
unparalleled
versatility and convenience to its users.

Virtual City Projects.

SatCom is developing a series of virtual cities. These cities are
3D animation replications of the real city they represent. The virtual
city allows a person to interact with the community in which they
reside
or with the community from which they came, as in the transient nature
of the American experience.

Military Application.

The military applications of this product are apparent to all. It is
NOT
the policy of the Company to develop military hardware or to become
known as a Defense contractor. The Company believes in peace and in the
development of social advancements of humanity as a whole, not the
wholesale slaughter through warfare.

The Company also recognizes a responsibility to the Defense of our
nation and the protection of our men and women at arms. The Company
will
include a version of the PCD called the MilSpec version that will
permit
voice, video, and data streams to be relayed from the field back to
either the field HQ or back to the USA.

Communication Settings.

There are three Communication Setting modes that run under the
communication mode of the Librarian. There are three basic buttons;
Telephone, Internet and Messages. All are pre-programmed and have the
ability to add an additional function for personal settings. There are
three Communication Setting modes that run under the communication mode

The Librarian-Contacts.

voice or touch screen your family, friends or business contacts can be
accessed. The Librarian-Contacts. Your personal contacts are at your

The Librarian-Stock Quotes.

Wall Street is at your fingertips. You will be able to access your
own personal portfolio, communicate with your broker and execute a
trade
while online with the world's financial
markets.

Summarizing nearly two years of extensive R & D work, the SatCom team
reached two key formative conclusions that gave birth to the Librarian
system visual technology applications with new visual communications
application suite.

SatCom's strength lies in its organizational, developmental and
analyzing internet abilities.
