Graduate Training & Development from UK to Kuwait

Pressbox (Press Release) - Spectrum Training Services UK has won a contract to provide training for graduates in Kuwait as part of an initiative aimed at providing graduates with vital business experience.

Spectrum Training Service, run by Joy Wilson was given a brief to prepare new graduate employees for the shift from what is theoretical to what is practical.

Joy commented “The participants will be at the start for their business awareness; the aim is to provide the practical communication, working as part of a team and enable them to demonstrate ethical behaviour at work whilst highlighting the basics of the oil industry.

The training will capitalize on the graduates existing knowledge and experiences and engage them in a wide range of business challenges including establishing their own business and designing and developing products; introducing new processes for their company and undertaking marketing and market research. Graduates will also face a range of business problem solving activities.

The event will equip graduates for their role in the Oil Industry as well as developing their innovation and leadership skills to drive business growth. Utilizing the “Enterprise Activity” will challenge graduates to engage in a simulation of real-life trading. Players use their entrepreneurial skills to run their business; they make, sell and deliver products to over 20 customers.

The objectives are to prepare graduates to operate in the Oil industry and hit the ground running in their role within their business, with a focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation the programme will enable the graduates in Kuwait to recognize and demonstrate the values and behaviours that the business values.
