DAVID SCHAB JOINS VISANOW AS VP SALES AND MARKETING
Former Monster.com VP brings extensive experience in sales and business performance management
CHICAGO, IL July 19, 2005 – VISANOW, the industry leader of immigration solutions, announced David Schab has joined its management team as VP Sales and Marketing. Through this role, David is responsible for driving the company’s growth and development through strategic sales and marketing management.

Immediately prior to joining VISANOW, David served as Director of Global Sales and Client Services at Thomson Scientific. He drove the company’s growth by doubling the average new business production each month and increasing the renewal rate of existing customers by 100 percent. He helped mold the company’s internal structures by designing and executing a company-wide sales organizational model. He also developed a new sales process and sales incentive plan to drive new client acquisitions.
David gathered first-hand experience in growing technology companies in the human resources industry while working for Monster.com and Techies.com. He joined Monster.com when it was still the fledgling start up known as Monster Board. His sales and marketing strategies produced annual sales of $200 million and drove 100 percent revenue and 260 percent traffic growth in the first quarter he was employed there. He also was a key member of the team that launched Monster.com’s first, and very memorable, Super Bowl commercial.
Equally impressive results were achieved at Techies.com. David increased revenue 1100 percent in the company’s first year. He developed strategic alliances with CNET and ZDNET, resulting in 60 percent traffic increase.
David earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University and BA in International Marketing from the University of Iowa.
