The Material Safety Data Sheet ( M.S.D.S.) on Thimerosal (a vaccine additive containing 49.6% mercury) was located from archived data from the Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Company of Indianapolis, IN. The date stamped on this information was 1991.
This explosive and damaging information confirms that big drug company’s had prior and detailed knowledge of this highly toxic and dangerous chemical. The Pharmaceutical industry kept this dangerous additive in vaccines over the next nine (9) years despite numerous warnings of neurological damage that would occur in hundreds of thousands of children who were required to receive the 21 Government mandated vaccines meant to protect them from diseases prior to starting public school. Children’s lives have been destroyed as a result of the pharmaceutical industry’s failure to remove this mercury additive from children’s vaccines. This tragedy is now international in scope, affecting children in the USA, UK, and all over Europe.
The Pharmaceutical industry made billions of dollars on vaccines that were given to millions of children. With the presence of thimerosal in the vaccines, the pharmaceutical industry made even more money because the injections could be given in multi doses from the same vaccine bottle, thereby reducing the costs for each individual vaccine that was administered to children.
The legal liability to the whole vaccine industry is enormous considering that this industry had known the dangers of this highly toxic chemical for years. The M.S.D.S. report on thimerosal is non bias information that explains what this chemical actually is and what it does to the human body if exposure occurs. There is absolutely no debating this critical issue.
This controversy began in the early 1990’s when thousands of children were being diagnosed with Autism. Autism rates have sky rocketed to over a 10,000% increase in the last 12 years. Numerous independent studies have confirmed a definite link between Thimerosal and childhood Autism.
The vaccine industry and the U.S. Government had also conducted studies of their own
confirming the Autism-Thimerosal link. As a result of these studies, pharmaceutical executives and U.S. Government health officials met in the year 2000 at the Simpsonwood center in Norcross, GA to discuss this issue. These meetings were closed, “secret” and “embargoed”.
A transcript that was recently made public by Rolling Stone Magazine confirmed and detailed these meetings. During these secret meetings it was confirmed that not only did the pharmaceutical industry know of the dangers posed by thimerosal to children, the U.S. Government also knew the dangers posed to millions of our children from this dangerous chemical vaccine additive.
Additionally, these transcripts that have been made public provide details that during these meetings, detailed strategies were discussed to find ways of covering up important data that would prove damaging to the U.S. Government and the pharmaceutical industry, that in fact knowingly mercury poisoned hundreds of thousands of our children.
As a direct result of these meetings, legislation was passed that prohibited parents from filing law suits on behalf of their vaccine injured children. The Vaccine Injury court with its unconstitutional three year statute of limitations provision had been put in place years earlier, thereby further protecting the pharmaceutical industry from parents filing law suits on behalf of their vaccine injured children.
This apparent cover up was illegal and violated numerous consumer protection laws.
The victims in this horrific scandal are innocent children. The State of Delaware has just joined a growing list of states that is banning the use of this dangerous chemical in pediatric vaccines.
In the past 12 months, additional information was brought out that confirmed the U.S. Governments role in this developing tragedy. The Governmental health agencies have extensive financial interests in the pharmaceutical industry by way of owning stocks and receiving financial royalties from the pharmaceutical industry. Congressman Dan Burton (R. IND) has called this relationship a violation of the publics trust.
It is now common knowledge that the White House insisted that the Eli Lilly protection rider be inserted at the last minute in the Homeland Security Bill. It was later repealed at the request of outraged parents and law makers who are now becoming familiar with this tragedy. In the coming months, criminal indictments from parents and State Attorney Generals offices may be forthcoming against pharmaceutical industry executives and U.S. Government personnel who actively participated in this attempted cover up at the Simpsonwood conference in 2000.
