VacuStep comes to London Bridge.

VacuStep is a non-invasive alternative to liposuction and it has come to London Bridge.

Having enjoyed huge success in Europe and the U.S. Vacustep has now reached the United Kingdom, London Bridge being one of the first studios to open. Vacustep is an exercise program that allows targeted fat burning in the stomach, hips, bum and thighs. Not only does it allow targeted fat burning it can dramatically reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Vacustep combines gentle exercise in a partial vacuum to improve the blood flow in the target areas. By exercising in these different atmospheric conditions you are able to burn fat in regions the body normally uses to store fat. Body circumference will be reduced and the skin tone will become visibly firmer.

Some results are as dramatic as 2 dress sizes lost in just 20 sessions. A typical course is 20 sessions and each session lasts half an hour. On average a total of 8 inches will be lost and the skin will be much smoother.

At VacuStep London Bridge there are 2 machines the VacuStep and the VacuRelax. The studio is the first to have a VacuRelax in the UK. The beauty of the VacuRelax is that the user lies down whilst cycling in a vacuum so there is no impact on the joints. The VacuStep incorporates an elliptical trainer in a vacuum therefore is a little harder but achieves excellent results.

VacuStep London Bridge is inside the Fitness First cottons, which has just had a refurbishment of its own, making it an excellent surrounding for this new studio.
