Costa Rica 28 Feb. Laboratorio SISTECAM, S.A. today announced the NEW Axenohl based product, Axent-Vet, has been approved for manufacturing and sale in Costa Rica. This unique new Wide Spectrum Topical Antiseptic is non-toxic to healing tissue and promotes healthy granulation without excessive fibrosis, which means scarring is greatly minimized along with reduced wound healing times. Axent-Vet provides state of the art infection control by eliminating resistant gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria within 30 seconds of application. Axent-Vet has a long residual bacterial kill, which helps wounds to heal faster without re-infection occurring at the wound site. Hard to kill dermal and hoof fungi are quickly eliminated by Axent-Vet.
Axenohl is a non-toxic anti-microbial technology that incorporates the biocidal properties of stabilized ionic silver to kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. Axenohl does not include the use of traditional disinfectants such as quaternary ammonium, phenols, glutaraldehyde, chlorine or bromine compounds.
