Participants Needed for Online Clinical Study of Depression and Eating Disorders
Added: (Tue Jun 21 2005)
MySelfHelp.com is conducting a worldwide search for participants to take part in a study that measures the effectiveness of online, interactive programs for depression, eating disorders, and related mental health problems.
Participants are eligible if they 1) suffer from depression, binge eating, or bulimia, and 2) are currently experiencing symptoms.
Individuals can participate regardless of whether they are currently receiving treatment.
Each participant will receive a free three-month membership to MySelfHelp.com programs, and will be asked to perform a brief evaluation at the beginning and end of the study.
Participants will remain anonymous and can view results upon request.
MySelfHelp.com programs were developed in part through grants from the National Institute of Mental Health.
