IPIRI TEMA – A natural alternative for fighting Acne
What if you could find a totally natural organic certified product containing only the best of all products on the market for fighting acne? What if you could find out that you can get a clear skin in the same healthy way the Amazonian indigenous people have successfully been doing for centuries? What if you found an anti acne product that makes your skin free of acne, without the terrible side effects such as dryness and scaling skin?
With the suggestive name of IPIRI TEMA, which in indigenous language means FREE OF ACNE, Amazon Drops introduces an all natural approach in fighting acne. The ingredients of the new product have been used for centuries throughout the Amazon region for treating several skin problems as severe acne and acne scars. Product is being introduced to the market during the 2008 Natural MarketPlace Las Vegas, NV on July 18th-19th, 2008.
Containing Pracaxi oil (Pentachletra filamentosa), which is rich in tannin chemicals with astringent or drying effect properties, this plant also has high content of phenols and organic acids with proven antibacterial, antifungal and insecticidal activity. These isolated phenols also have shown strong antioxidant activity, which may explain its traditional use to stop the aging process of the skin.
Although it is often referred to as a balsam or oil, another ingredient of the new anti acne product, Copaíba is actually an oleoresin tapped from the Amazon rainforest Copaiba tree with a very strong woody fragrance. The Encyclopedia of Common Natural Ingredients tell us that copaiba oleoresin has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and disinfectant activities and it is the highest known natural source of caryophyllene, a plant chemical which has been documented as having strong anti-inflammatory properties, and it is one of the most common synthesized ingredient found in acne treatment drugs.
Moderate and severe inflammatory types of acne result after the plugged follicle is invaded by Propionibacterium acnes, a bacteria that normally lives on the skin. Studies in vivo and in vitro action show that copaiba oil acts against Propionibacterium acnes, being a powerful agent against this bacteria type.
The blend of Copaiba oleoresin and Pracaxi oils, scented with tea tree, another good source of caryophyllene, is the only ingredients on this acne product. The oils go deep into pores absorbing excess sebum, killing bacteria, toxins and dead skin cells while moisturizing, leaving the skin feeling naturally clean and fresh.
Natural health practitioners are just beginning to learn about the many ways that this important rainforest resource is employed in South American herbal medicine systems and are beginning to incorporate them in their practices.
IPIRI TEMA the new all natural aid against acne is offered in a kit containing the two most used botanicals for combating acne breakouts and acne spots throughout the Amazon, is also suitable for using in any part of the body where commonly acne appears as back, shoulders and chest.
