Ever wonder why some people can eat and eat and eat and etc. but never gain weight? I have and honestly, I was very much jealous of these people for a moment, because I never perceived why they could eat and not gain fat. While there I was, starving, exercising hours on end, pushing myself to stay away from food because I wanted to be like them, and still not lose weight. I honestly thought I would never begin to lose weight
and almost gave up on myself. But I never quit :). So I went on a small quest over the internet, spent a bunch of bucks here and there and learned a few things. What I gathered shocked me so much because of the simplicity of it. It left me feeling like " DUH"... " SO what did you learn?" you ask. first I learned that losing weight is triggered chemically within the body... "Really?", Yes. Second that there are specific hormones in the body that have EVERYTHING to do with burning fat... "HUH?", that's what I said... Lastly, people like the ones mention above have turned their bodies metabolism on to a constant "lose weight" cycle or a " Fat Burning" mode... "Really, that's it?" YES!!!.
"WOW, that's so simple". Indeed it is.
The best part of all this is, now YOU know how simple it is to lose weight. And it really is.
I'm not saying that it doesn't involve some kind of action by you, but the tasks are not as encumbering as they were before. Soon you're going to feel the load of exercise be lifted off your shoulder as you begin to see that you've been doing too much for too little, when you never really had to much. You're going to feel over joyed because you don't have to hurt yourself anymore. You're going to lose weight
t faster and easier than ever before, with very little effort ... EVEN WHILE YOU SLEEP !!!!... WHAT?!?!
Yes, it's possible. And Yes, you will do it.
I want you to fully Comprehend a few things.
You've truly got to want what you want and move forward towards achieving what you desire.
Quitting is not an option. How will you achieve anything if you quit?
Set your goals humbly, never demand too much from yourself, or you will be over-whelmed and over-come.
Believe in yourself. You can do anything.
