Eggs are rich in vitamin B which will enhance mental stability and prevent fatigue. If you are a vegetarian and canít eat fish, good amounts of omega 3 are also found in walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Certain ingredients of green tea also act as good brain health supplements. It increases the alertness of the brain and also protects brain from amyloidal deposits. These are the naturally available foods that you may take to as supplements to brain. Certain drugs and fatty acids also help to increase the functioning of brain. Alpha Lipoic acid, this is an anti-oxidant water and fat soluble acid that can enter the cells easily and neutralize the free radicals present. It can also prevent strokes.
