Green Baby was set-up in Autumn 1999 by Jill Barker.

Canadian Jill had the idea of setting up Green Baby when on maternity leave with her first son Thomas. Jill had been surprised that, compared with Canada, finding natural baby products in the UK was comparatively hard.

In particular, she was surprised at how few parents opted for washable nappies. While on the increase it still accounts for only around 15% of babies in Britain. And so she set up Green Baby.

One of the many natural skincare items we are supporting and selling, is this Award Winning Product: Green Baby Perineal Gel: for the Best New Non-Food Product 2004 - Natural Products Europe. This is a cool, soothing blend of organic jojoba oil, wheatgerm oil and organic calendula tincture. This gel contains Myrrh essential oil to promote healing and organic tea tree essential oil as a natural antiseptic. Can be used before and after birth.
