The Dialogue for Action of "The State Black" in Michigan will be held at the campus of Lansing Community College, in Dart Auditorium on Monday February 26,2001 at 7:00pm. The program will air on Michigan Government Television. The panel includes Michigan's noted political, business and educational leaders in the state. Dr. George Rowan: Health Advocate Michigan State University, Dr. Curtis Stokes: Professor of African Amercian Studies, The James Madison College at MSU. Hester Wheeler: Executive Director NAACP, Detroit Chapter. Dr. Nanette Reynolds, Director Michigan Department of Civil. Representatives Michael C. Murphy, Artina Tinsley Hardman: Chairperson Michigan's Black Caucus. Christine Montigue: Washtanaw's Board of County Commissioners. The Rev. Lester Stone, Senior Pastor, Friendship Baptist Church.The Modrator for the panel is Dr. Eugene Cain: Former Sup. Highland Park School. The public is invited.
