Tarek Rahman's Mother-in-Law: the King-Maker of Bangladesh
Tarek Rahman's real office is in House # 40, Road-5, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, in his mother-in-law's residence where plans are plotted not only to determine the politics of Bangladrsh but also the future of his own mother and PM, Khaleda Zia. Mrs M.A.Khan (wife of Late Admiral M.A.Khan), Tarek's mother-in-law, is an ambitious woman who used the name of Tarek and Khaleda to make immense wealth in the last few years. She has been using her residence to make deals with Ministers and foreign companies. Her favourite business partner is Barrister Nazmul Huda. She has also been able to inspire Tarek in thinking that he deserves the designation of his mother more than anyone else. More investigation will reveal that Mrs Khan is the master mind of many of Tarek's moves in politics against his own motherand the PM of the country, including the 500 bomb blasts orchestrated by JMB (terrorist organisation).
The media have so far focused on the Hawa Bhaban but it should look more into House 40 and House 16 (Surovi) on Road -5 of Dhanmondi to know more about the corruption of Tarek and his mother-in-law, which has ultimately made BNP both powerful and morally weak. Mrs Khan has been the king-maker in the last twenty-five years' history of Bangladesh. She herself was pro-Pakistani and anti-liberaration war in 1971 and did not come to Bangladesh until late 1972. Her daughter and Tarek's wife, Zubaida Khan was an active member of the Jamati Islami Bangladesh (JIB) during her medical student years and regular meetings of JIB were held in their residence in House 40 in the late eighties and 1990s.
Surovi receives donor funds from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in the name of education for the underprivileged women and children and often the money is used up for foreign travel,money laundering, smuggling, trafficking and murder. Hardly any children can write or read properly even after spending years in the school because the focus is not on educating them but to use the premises for receiving billions of dollars of funds. It should be immediately shut down to curb illegal activities. Surovi has been in operation since 1979.
Dr Sazzad of Central Hospital and Mrs M.A. Khan have an intimate and controversial relatioship. Dr Sazzad, is a man of her first daughter's age. She has transfered money in the West by investing in houses and malls. She is also keen on procuring Victorian furniture and diamonds every month. Surovi's Director and physical partner of Mrs Khan, Abu Taher stated that she is involved with money laundering with Tarek and his friends. Mr Abu Taher lives in House 42 (opposite Mrs Khan's house), Road-5, Dhanmondi and his mobile phone number is 0189 223796. Mrs Khan's number is 0189 253965. Mr Abu Taher started on a salary of Tk.50 (fifty) per month in 1980 and now he has billions of dollars to spend on foreign countries.
It is interesting to note that Surovi's web site states that Mrs Khan is 50 years old. Her first daughter, Mrs Shahina Khan Zaman (another corrupt person and plotter of many murders) is 45 years old. Does this mean Mrs Khan became pregnant at the age of 5?
Surovi is an NGO where the executive board is consisted of Mrs Khan's daughter, Mrs Shahina Khan Zaman (previously married to Naval officer, Shahidul Helal and current son-in-law of former Minister Abu Sayeed), her sister-in-law, Kismat Monir and physical partner, Abu Taher and herself. This is violation of NGO Affairs rules.
Mr Abu Taher regularly visits JMB sites in northern and eastern districts of Bangladesh for funding them at the orders of Tarek Rahman and Mrs Khan.
For the sake of democracy and fair election, Mrs M.A. Khan and Abu Taher need to be arrested immediately and tried for all their criminal activities against the State.
