Data entry time reduced using Captavia

Pressbox (Press Release) -
Business Link North Manchester (BLNM) use the design power and flexibility of the Initiative Software CRM system, Captavia™, to manage and capture the data for the BLNM Employers Training Pilot (ETP).
BLNM identified that using their existing data entry methods and data capture screens, the process would be time consuming and disjointed. To achieve the required results BLNM worked with Initiative Software to utilise Captavia by designing specific screens and business processes for their ETP project team. The objectives were to enhance the speed of data entry, provide reliable management information, enable multiple internal ETP projects, reduce user-training time and improve client retention.
On completion of the project, the results surpassed all expectations when compared to previous data capture systems. The overall data entry task was reduced by approximately 70%. Introducing simple to follow business process flows and custom-built screens dramatically improved the access and accuracy of customer data.
This significant gain in productivity places the CRM in its rightful place within the Business Link – a supporting tool that improves the quality of service the client receives, not a debilitating one, which compromises the time made available to clients for the sake of complex data entry and administrative requirements. This approach reflects the ethos upon which Captavia has been built.
On seeing the new ETP screens and processes the BLNM ETP Manager, Margaret Nutter, simply declared “ I think I have gone to heaven”.
“Moving to Captavia has had a real impact on the ETP team,” comments Janet Anderson, BLNM CMS Manager, “With six new members of staff joining the team they were introduced to Captavia™ and took to the system immediately, entering data quickly and accurately.”
Douglas McLoughlan, Initiative Software’s Operations Director is equally delighted, “Captavia is a perfect fit for the requirements of the Business Link but even we wouldn’t have predicted the scale of the impact. Aside from the product, this is down to the commitment of the Business Link team to improving the way in which they make the systems work for them.”
