Pressbox (Press Release) - Teesside's answer to Zero Tolerance policing aginst drug dealers is in the guise of Brian Cockeill, The Tax Man. For 20 years, The Tax Man has cleared estates from their scum drug dealers. Now, the Tax Man, Brian Cockerill, is running for the job of mayor when it comes up for grabs in 2007.

Instead of being a one man crusade, he will have a lot more say in the control of policing. The one man army is looking forward to working with the authorities to reclaim the lost streets of Middlesbrough, Teesside.

Whereas once, the police would protect drug dealers from the wrath of the giant sized Brian, they now hound him due to jeolousy. He is seething and wants to show them that he means business and says, "Wait until 2007, we'll see who means business ... drug dealers will pay the price of pickling the souls of their victims."
