Following the success of SIMA in May 2009, Madrid's Real Estate Exhibition opens its doors this fall from 22 to 25 October. VictoriaPromociones takes part in the fair to inform about its properties in Calpe.
The Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid opens October 22 at the Ifema, which allocates 5,400 square meters to 91 real estate companies who participate to offer their properties both in the Madrid area and at Spain's Mediterranean coast.

"It is a compromise between the public and private sector to promote the sale of housing stock uniting the will of all those involved in the real estate sector who are looking for recovery, and thus also for the recovery of the economy and employment in the region" and at the same time "to promote access to affordable housing for Madrilenians".
The fair's wide range of real estate offers covers the area of Madrid and its surroundings for those visitors who are interested in their 1st house.
There is a second offer at the fair for those visitors interested in 2nd residence housing in proximity to the beach: Properties at Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol or Costa Brava.
Those attending the fair can check location, price, distribution, photographs of all homes offered at the fair. And, potential purchasers will have within reach a possibility of real funding from financial institutions participating at the exhibition.
