Two further FSA Regulated businesses to implement Compliance Management system CONFORM™
• Solution designed to reduce operational risk and provide global visibility of compliance levels
Langley, Berks., UK, (July 5th 2005): Millfield Partnership, the UK’s largest national independent financial advisory firm, have ordered up to 2,500 seats of CONFORM™. The Compliance Management system will be used to audit the delivery and receipt, and understanding measurement of regulatory and internal operating policies to not only their 450 or so internal staff, but also to a community of 1,800 Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s).
Bank Leumi which was incorporated in London in 1956 and is a subsidiary of Bank Leumi le-Israel BM have also ordered CONFORM™ to communicate regulatory requirements internally in London, and to test staff online to ensure compliance throughout.
Jeremy Crame, CEO of Hitec Labs added: “Simply publishing policies on an intranet and sitting back in the hope that everyone will adopt them, is a naďve and potentially dangerous strategy.
