Rostrvm Solutions launches pay-for-use predictive dialler software

Woking, November 27 2003 – Rostrvm Solutions Limited, the UK’s leading independent supplier of open customer interaction management applications has launched a new, pay-for-use package for its rostrvm OutBound predictive dialling software. This package is designed to support call centres with variable dialling capacity requirements.
“The majority of call centres have both inbound and outbound contact handling functions. But often the requirements for outbound campaigns can be for limited or seasonal periods. Many organisations understand the performance management benefits of predictive dialler solutions but cannot justify fixed cost investment for technology that may at times lie idle” commented Peter Brown, Sales Director, Rostrvm Solutions Limited. “We work closely with our customers to establish a suitable framework to provide our software on a pay-for-use basis. This can be a combination of transactions and hours-used.”

The Rostrvm Solutions dialler software enhances call centres’ existing investment in ACD technology to add automated dialling facilities. The software can operate as a high performance predictive dialler, as a progressive dialler to support telemarketing activity and as a general-purpose preview dialler. The system can also be integrated to web site ‘Call Me’ buttons acting as the control and management point to ensure that promises to call are met.
rostrvm OutBound is specifically designed to support the UK Direct Marketing Association guidelines on the use of automated diallers.
