FREE ADVICE ON TAX CREDITS FOR FAMILIES IN PLYMOUTH

The Plymouth Children’s Information Service, in partnership with the Maternity Alliance, is today inviting expectant mums and new parents to take advantage of their free one to one information and advice session on tax credits and maternity rights.

The session will be taking place on Tuesday 8th March 2005, at 30 Marlborough Street, Devonport, PL1 between 2pm and 5pm.

Katy Hembrow, Information Officer at the Plymouth Children’s Information Services said:

‘It is really important that pregnant women and new parents get the money they are entitled to at this important stage in family life. However the tax credits system can be very complicated, We hope that by helping parents in Plymouth to understand the tax credits and renewals system, parents won’t miss out on the money they are entitled to’.
