Class Teaches How to Invest in Real Estate for Profits

Judson Voss, real estate investor and host of Get Real, The Real Estate Investing Show for the Rest of Us and Michael Moulton, real estate investor, realtor and educator are hosting a one of a kind full day seminar for real estate investors and realtors Saturday October 17th from 10am - 6pm.
The delivery of the class is very unique. The entire seminar will be simulcasted live via the web at no charge. The hosts will be using Ustream to provide anyone interested in learning more about buying and selling homes to make short term profits or long-term income. All participants will need is an internet connection at their home or the Apple iPhone app that Ustream provides for free.
Real estate investors local to the Charlotte area may attend the event live at a nominal fee of $39. This fee includes other educational materials such as a class workbook, along with audio cd’s with additional educational materials and resources disk with forms and contracts to perform real estate transactions.
This class is designed to show real estate investors how to buy high quality homes at discounted prices and sell these homes to retail customers via the retail market. Michael and Judson are taking a real world approach to these transactions and will explain many ways to buy and sell through non-traditional methods such as web 2.0 and social networking.
