The Rising Record Debut Album

Lancashire Indie Rock band, The Rising, who hale from Blackburn, will be going into the studio for the next couple of months to record their debut album.

The album will be produced and engineered by Pete Troughton (I Am Kloot/Elbow/The Rising) of Studio-Studio Ltd. in Whitworth, near Rochdale.

After mix-down, which will take a further week, the CD will be ready for sale by Easter.

The filming of a video for one of the songs from the album will also be taking place in London by top producer, Graham Sherrington (Top Gear/Location, Location, Location/Grand Designs/Men & Motors).

The band have been together for quite a number of years and all their hard work has finally paid off.
