Renowned Ukrainian Fashion Designer Oksana Mukha to Show at New York's Champagne Fashion Brunch

One of Eastern Europe's leading fashion designers, Oksana Mukha, will present her latest creations on Sunday, November 19, 2006 as part of the Champagne Fashion Brunch series. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for a delightful afternoon of champagne, gourmet Tuscan delicacies and beautiful fashions. The event will be held at La Prima Donna Restaurant, located at 163 West 47th Street - a stone's throw from Times Square - in New York City. The show is a prelude to Couture Fashion Week in February 2007.
Ms. Mukha's designs are exquisite creations made with the finest fabrics available worldwide. Superior craftsmanship is combined with the highest quality French laces, natural silks, organzas, taffetas, hand-beaded pearls, rhinestones, Swarovski crystals and handmade flowers resulting in gowns that satisfy even the most demanding customer. Collections juxtapose classical and contemporary elegance with sensuality and grace into true works of art.
A native of Ukraine, Oksana Mukha attended the prestigious L'viv Academy of Arts and has been recognized as one of Eastern Europe's brightest rising fashion designers of bridal and evening gowns. It all started with one sewing machine and the dream of having her own bridal and evening gown salon. Ms. Mukha's entire family diligently worked together on the design and sewing tasks, while also providing impeccable service to clients. Today, a talented design team works in a factory-workshop-studio with over a hundred regular employees producing high-quality couture creations. Recently introduced in the United States, Oksana Mukha’s gowns have been highly sought-after worldwide for many years.
Ms. Mukha believes it is her calling "to provide brides with gowns that have been divinely inspired." She and her family believe that a bride who is married wearing an Oksana Mukha dress will have a happy and blessed marriage.
