Users of the first viral get the chance to experience being a filmmaker and directing their very own ‘adult’ movie and then send it by email, with their name in the credits, to their mates.

New Media Maze are launching the naughty viral marketing campaign for Universal Pictures International for the highly anticipated release of American Pie Presents Band Camp on DVD.

The site, Bandies Gone Wild: http://www.bandiesgonewild.com invites lads to fulfill their ultimate fantasy and direct their own “soft” naughty American Pie movie, choosing from a variety of saucy scenes, sexy audio clips and steamy special effects. Users drag and drop the various flash elements onto a time line, and then personalize the movie before spreading it virally by email. The campaign ties in with one of the core storylines from the film, where show-stealer Stiflers’ younger brother is sentenced to attend Band Camp and creates his own version of Bandies Gone Wild.

The second viral application is called ‘Cheerleader Charmer’: http://www.cheerleadercharmer.com and encourages the user to get their musical juices flowing by literally ‘charming the pants off’ a sexy cheerleader using the medium of music. The more accurately the musical score is followed, the more clothing the cheerleader removes... simple, but believes New Media Maze director Dave Smith, effective.
