Pressbox (Press Release) -
The legendary Mobile Ibiza has officially launched with the innovative text message based promotion 'Seven Nights In One Week'. The service allows Worldpop registered Ibiza holidaymakers to enter a leading club for free, every night of the week.
Throughout the summer season, Worldpop will be sending out text messages every day detailing when and where registered users will be able to exchange their text message for free entry into a leading club that night. The first 10 people who present the message at Ibiza pre-club bar Coastline at the specified time, will collect tickets for the hottest clubs in Ibiza, including Pacha, Amnesia, Godskitchen, DC10, Eden and Space.
Mobile Ibiza offers up more than just free entry to clubs, it also supplies exclusive up-front news, from local island info all the way to the latest Big Brother results (just in case you feel like you're missing out on anything!). Worldpop's full editorial team, based in Ibiza for the entire season, will be the first to know about all the latest happenings on the White Island, including surprise DJ appearances, secret parties and the hottest inside information.
Following the huge success of Worldpop Ibiza 2000, Worldpop return to the White Island in 2001 with their infamous webcam which will be filming 24 hrs a day, live from the island's new bar/restaurant and apartment complex, Coastline. Because the bar is situated next door to the legendary Café Del Mar, users will be able to log onto the site and watch the famous Ibizan sunset as it falls across the island at it's most prime and hallowed spot.
