Poker’s biggest legend now has over 41,000 followers on social networking site, more than Phil Hellmuth, Jr. and Daniel Negreanu
Las Vegas, Nevada – October 8, 2009 – He may be one of the biggest legends to ever play the game and he appears larger than life on the surface to most poker players, but Doyle Brunson is connecting with more poker fans than ever on a personal level through Twitter.
Brunson, widely considered the Babe Ruth of Poker, currently has over 41,000 followers on Twitter, a popular social networking site used by poker players, celebrities, news outlets and common folk to connect with the people and the things that matter most to them.
As of Thursday, Doyle Brunson had over 41,628 followers. Just a week ago, that number was about 16,000.
