Boy meets girl, girl meets boy. It’s such an uncomplicated story yet for many of us the shyness and awkwardness that go hand-in-hand with dealing with the opposite sex can leave us tied up in knots and feeling frustrated and unfulfilled. With the help of London tourist attraction, Amora, and their no-nonsense approach to everything flirtatious, you’ll be able to spot what little signs make it clear that person likes you and how your body language can be used to tempt the partner of your dreams.
Opened in April 2007, Amora, is the lovechild of entrepreneur Johan Rizki, a French-American investment banker and ex-Harvard Business School graduate who quite simply wants “to make the world a sexier place”. The permanent exhibition dedicated to relationships, was lovingly gestated over a 3 year period by a team of experts that included academics, relationship counsellors, qualified sex therapists and medical doctors to produce the seven interactive zones that constitute the sensory London attraction.
Of these different zones one in particular asks “Where does it all begin?” The Love & Desire room focuses on attraction and seduction, the elements that get us together in the first place. For those struggling to read the signals or just fascinated with human interaction, the informative exhibits teach useful tips including understanding body language and how to brush up on your flirting skills. Compare your chat up lines against the winning ones suggested and even create a computer generated image of your perfect partner.
At this scintillating London museum, located in Piccadilly, nothing is off the menu. Anything you always wanted to know but were too afraid to ask is revealed here in a comfortable and understanding environment with trained staff on hand to help. The different arenas cover everything from the Kama Sutra to displays of real life body casts of the male and female anatomy. There’s even a sumptuous café complete with library and computer database to relax after all that stimulation and a shop to buy any of the necessary props you might now be needing.
Open 7 days a week, tickets are priced just £12 with a reduced fee £10 for students and for group bookings of 8 people or more there is a reduced rate of £9. Whether you’re desperate to experiment with S&M or want advice about contraception and sexual health checks, a trip to this educational attraction will be well worth the visit.
