Banking sector offers a large variety of jobs which are highly esteemed in today's world. Getting a job in a bank is like securing a future for yourself and your family. IBPS has decided to give this chance to a larger group of people provided; they have the ability and are willing to dedicate themselves in hard work. This opportunity is provided to them through CWE, a common written exam for recruiting candidates for the post of bank clerk and Bank PO. This exam would be an innovative strategy conducted first time by the banking industry in 2011. It would not only recruit candidates on a large scale but also help in increasing the popularity of the banking sector. It already has a vast number of fans and a large mass of youth is inclined towards getting a job in a bank. Bear in mind that it is a one time opportunity which can lead you to a secure life and future. So prepare the syllabus thoroughly, give it at least 16 hours a day.
Time management is very important. Do not waste your time on subjects you ar already aware of. Focus on your weak areas and try to excel in them as soon as possible.
Model question papers would be your life saver if you are in doubt about the question paper pattern. The model question paper for 2011 would be out by now, practice from them thoroughly.
As you know your preparation is incomplete without current affair knowledge. Read the news papers or practice from quizzes. Quiz would help you work on your problem areas. Practice a quiz each day.
CWE would recruit on a large scale which means more competitors. Work out your schedule but most importantly be accurate and fast with your answers. Practice answering them not verbally but by writing them down.
Following these tips can be beneficial to you and improve your performance in the CWE to be conducted in 2011.
