Pressbox (Press Release) - Teenages are the most important part in one's life. Every scientist who have an interest in psychology all fall together in this conclusion. A teenager is nothing but someone who discovers new bodily senses, realizes who he is, try to be accepted by others, and in this process, becomes as week as a virgin mind embracing the world. Such a person can either go strong in succeding this part of life or get traumatized and struggle all life long with psychological disorders. This, whatever science wants to explore, is recognized by anyone from any scientifical area and has never being denied. This should be enough for teachers, deputees and anyone who has power on the society to understand teens. Teenagers of all kind are going through so many problems and should get appropriate help to build the adult they are going to be later on. This is the best investment a society can make for the future. But no, no one and no authority seems to involve any of their time to help in that matter. One could argue teens are not expressing themselves enough to be heard, but that would be a lie. Teens are expressing their fear, anguish and pain on the Internet

The governement spends money to have an Internet police investigating all links they can find in order to detect and arrest criminals, but they would not consider the fact a teen in pain is likely to become a criminal if no one helps heal his pain so he can feel accepted by other people. Everyone keeps turning a blind eye, waiting for a miracle. It would be so simple to build help centers for every teenagers to come and have people his own kind to listen and give advice. The people giving advice in these teen centers should use teen languages such as slang codes so teens can understand and feel confident. These type of centers could easily help teenagers to meet people their age. It is no fantasy to believe such a politic would lead us to a great improvment in youngsters weel being, but politics seems to think it is better waiting for a disaster before thinking of a solution. The language barreer is another reason why teens can experience rejection. We are living in a world were people who were born in the beginning of last century are still expressing themselves in 'old English' and can interact with people who grew up watching movies and learning to read with songs lyrics ! This is typically the kind of cultural clash happening between different generations. Technology has evolved so fast in the last two decades and it litteraly split the society in different worlds. Teens need to be readapted in an environment listening to them without prejudices and understand why they are reluctant in following the same path than anybody else. They have to be closely surrounded so we understand exactly were their frustration takes place and how to recreate the frustrating situations who hurt them first, and make them unable to express what they feel inside. If language comes accross as a barrier, then language should not be the way to teach these teens, there are many other ways to understand them. Many psychological tests and exercises may help understand what went wrong in their pasts. Things such as EMDR have proven their efficiency on adults, teens and even childs.
