Disparitties in education between blacks & whites in NJ

Hi I'm George Cook owner of the black web site Let's Talk Honestly and I have a great interview with Bob Witanek a student advocate in NJ.

He talks about the fact that students of color are more likely to be classified as having cognitive, emotional disturbance and multiple disabilities and the glaring diparity when it comes to dealing with these children.
