APlusReports.com Survey Returns Positive Results: Research Proposals Newly Important.

Added: (Sun Jun 27 2010)

Pressbox (Press Release) - APlusReports.com tries to track how well we meet customer needs. A recent survey was quite positive, but indicated that research proposals are a growing area of need.

Our customer survey covered all the major customer contact areas of APlusReports.com operations; support, billing, and quality assurance.

It was reassuring to get client feedback indicating most functions are transparent. As an example, IT staffers do their magic without customers ever being aware of them. Customers also apparently appreciate the reassuring presence projected by the APlusReports.com support staff.

We always leave time in an interview for customer suggestions to improve APlusReports.com service. This time around, we heard more about research proposals than in the past. We are gratified that customers trust us with such projects, but wonder if this is a reflection of the times:

Funding in all programs, whether for research or community services, has been slashed, at all levels from the local to the national. The competition for grants is fierce!

Applicants now come from all communities and demographic sectors, including many with no prior experience of submitting any grant proposal.

Research is more global than ever, and not all the grant applicants are Anglophone.

Regulations governing funding recipients increase in complexity every year (e.g., EEO, ADA)

Under these straitened circumstances, who can afford to submit anything less than an impeccably written and organized research proposal? Large organizations retain staff exclusively for proposal writing!

For those without that luxury, APlusReports.com has always been ready to do all kinds of writing, editing, and research, including research grant proposals. Professional writing staff can make a grant proposal look like it deserves a million dollars; find out more at http://aplusrecords.com
