The answer to all busy girls dreams....
This week saw the launch of Hertfordshire's newest dot com business aimed at women. Named Fabu-licious.com the site has been designed by girls for girls. It's creator Hayley Rogers of Hertford said, at a well-attended pre-launch party held on Wednesday, "Women these days lead very hectic lives; they have a living to earn, a home to run and children to care for, not to mention the men in their lives who also demand their attention! All these things eat into our 'me time' and means we don't often have time left to do the things we enjoy most … like shopping!"
Hayley went on to explain that she launched Fabu-licious to provide a 'Gift Central For Girls'. "We aim to fill the site with all the must-have items women often spend hours trying to find, all at a price that's right, with fast delivery and excellent customer service" Girlie gifts and gadgets, quality jewellery and 'this seasons' home accessories are all on the list that Fabu-licious will offer - basically, all those 'Must have' things girls love so much. The main points highlighted throughout the evening stressed that Fabu-licious will only offer items that are of good quality, award-winning, often unique, and of course they must be competitively priced. Commenting on the structure of the site she added. "We've tried to ensure that the site is as easy as possible to use. So many sites are more like an obstacle race or advertising forum than an actual shop." She also revealed that stock will be changed on a regular basis. So, if you take a fancy to something… don't wait!
Hayley has also created her own Blogg to enable easy communication between Fabu-licious and the female community. She said, "It's a separate entity from our Fabu-shop; it allows us girls to exchange news, views, links and information…or just have a chat…Yes, we can always find the time to do that! So, welcome to our Fabu-licious World, we look forward to hearing from you!"
Early feedback is reported to be "Extremely encouraging".
