British business partners offer the chance to win a Spanish mega villa

In an effort to beat the ever looming housing market slowdown expected to hit in the wake of the
recent global rise in interest rates, two long time business partners have established a pay to
enter competition that offers as the prize a villa valued at nearly two million euros.

Julius Smith & Micheal Sherlock are offering the opportunity to win their 4000sqft (400sqm)
home located within a gated golf course community in Southern Spain. The villa includes five bedrooms
a snooker room and its own private swimming pool.

"it is a pay to enter competition", says Smith, " so the winner wil have to answer a question and a
tie breaker to show an element of skill." The winner will be chosen by an independent judge.

According to Smith, this "chance of a lifetime" offer will be a win/win situation for all involved.
"We decided to have this competiton for two reasons, we wanted to get the full commercial value
of the property and also give someone the chance to own it that might otherwise not have this kind
of opportunity. The entry cost is 100 euros (67 pounds)," continues Smith, "so it's the cost of a
night out!"

There is a reserve figure and if not met the prize reverts to the proceeds collected. The winner wil
be handed the keys with all closing tax and legal costs paid. The competiton closes on the 31st
December. "so soon you could be relaxing on your own terrace with a drink in hand while overlooking
an exclusiver membership golf course. And to think it could cost you only 100 euros!"
