Luxury Spanish villa owners offer the chance to
win their home to avoid the property downturn.

In an effort to beat the property slowdown, Julius Smith & Michael Sherlock are offering the opportunity to win their Spanish villa. Nestled in the heart of a hill side gated golf course community, this 4000 sq foot five bedroom home comes complete with a swimming pool, snooker room and breathtaking terrace views.

According to Julius Smith, this offer will be a win/win situation for all in involved. "We decided to set up this competition for two reasons. We wanted to get the full commercial value of the property while also giving someone the opportunity to own it that otherwise would be unable to.

Michael Sherlock explains how entering the competition works. "Since this is a legal prize competition competitors need to answer a selected question and a tie breaker to show an element of skill. The winner will be chosen by an independent judge."

The entry fee is only 100 euros, so it's the cost of a night out.

There is a reserve figure and if not met the prize reverts to the proceeds collected. The winner will be handed the keys with all closing tax and legal aspects taken care of. The closing date for the competition is 31st December 2008.

So this time next year the lucky winner could be sitting on the terrace overlooking the golf course.
