Well here’s your chance to win our £180,000 3 Bed, 2 Bath holiday home set on a flat ½ acre plot in Mijas Costa, on Spain’s fabulous Costa Del Sol, in this great competition. The property is just 10 minutes to both the beach at Fuengirola and the stunning village of Mijas. There are spectacular views of the surrounding hills, mountains and the Mediterranean.
Whilst surfing the web, we found that this type of property competition is becoming very popular in the UK as it has been in the USA over the past decade. It appealed to us as a way of selling our holiday home, as it seems like a lot of fun and it gives someone a chance, who may never be able to afford such a home. There are just 10,000 entries available at only £25 each. Thus giving you a 1 in 10,000 chance to win. The odds on winning a similar cash amount on The National Lottery, i.e 5 numbers plus a bonus ball, is approx. 1 in 2,500,000 (2½ million to 1).
As with some other property competition’s, we will also donate a percentage of the entry fees to charity. We will donate 2% of all entry fees received to WHIZZ-KIDZ, the children’s mobility charity. This means that by the end of the competition we will donate £5,000 to WHIZZ-KIDZ (registered charity, number 802872).
Not only will the winner receive the property including ALL taxes, charges and fees paid. To help with the hand over of the property, the winner also gets return flights to Malaga, hotel accommodation and car hire for 2 people for one week thrown in as part of the prize.
