Pressbox (Press Release) - The slowdown in the UK housing and financial markets has stimulated the creation of Swaptogo. A web based property exchange and swap portal for those home owners who want to move house but are unable to sell, or, those who don't want to use estate agents and save thousands of pounds in fees. Swaptogo offers an easy to use website and asks home owners to register the property details of the home they live in now and then add information about the type of the home they would like to move to. The Swaptogo database will identify existing matches from within its register and inform registrants of all new listings which match their chosen criteria on a daily basis. The website is online now at www.swaptogo.com for people to pre register but will not be launched as a fully functioning site until 22nd August 2008 at 7PM. Swaptogo is offering a new way for home owners to move house that has in effect been going for years in the rental market through local authority mutual exchange schemes. The buying process is the same as any other, Home information Packs can be purchased through the site, conveyancing can be arranged and financial service advice can be accessed. It is a one stop property shop and already has several hundred home owners who have pre-registered.
