Launched in October 2005, the online retailer The Bag Boutique offers customers a chance to purchase handbags, purses and yoga bags, which have all been designed by up and coming UK designers.
There is a range of cotton, wool, silk and leather bags which are categorised on the website under day, work, and evening bags. Further categories include yoga bags, make-up bags and pocket purses.
At present there are seven designers featured, the latest designer ‘Emily Cheetham’ to be added to the site has just won the 'Best Accessories Award' at Profile 7 tradeshow sponsored by Hobbs. Prices range from £8.00 to £20.00 for the small purses and tolietry bags and from £29.50 to £89.50 for A4 file bags to Harris Tweed Bowling Bags.

In addition to the range of handbags, the site offers customers a chance to register to receive news of special offers and of the latest designers added to the site and secure online processing through HSBC.
