The stern nanny that’s toilet training men!

Pressbox (Press Release) - For years it has been the bane of womens’ lives – the wet floors & raised toilet seats left in the wake of a male using their toilet. But this Christmas one of the hottest items to be found in stockings is likely to be an ingenious British invention!

Three scientists turned businessmen have invented, developed & marketed a solution that they have called the "Toilet Nanny". Quite simply, the Toilet Nanny attaches to the underside of the toilet seat, and remains there undetected. But, when unsuspecting men approach the lavatory & lift the seat, they are greeted with a stern but polite voice, instructing them to urinate IN the toilet (not the floor), and put the seat down afterwards as well!

The product was developed as a result of extensive market research, where women were quizzed as to the three things that most annoyed them about men around the house. Not surprisingly, women responded with enthusiasm! Some runners-up included mens’ lack of housework, hogging the TV controls, general smelliness and assorted gaseous emissions! However, by far the most common concerns related to their toilet etiquette.

The three have since formed a company, Cybernanny Ltd. and their managing director, Graeme Taylor, has quit his job to go full time to cope with the surge in demand for the gadget

"It’s been a lot of hard work, but great fun getting to this stage. I have never seen anyone so willing to participate in a survey as women were to list their gripes about men in our survey. Although we asked for just 3 responses, sometimes the questionnaires would come back with extra sheets of paper added!"

A lot of work went into making sure the product was designed right, and getting patents and trademarks, but as soon as we launched the product we were blown away by the response! Now it’s all we can do to keep up with orders as Christmas approaches, but then I guess we should have known that after seeing the response to our survey!"
