A new coffee roaster has emerged in Caerphilly, South Wales and plans to take on the market head on. With its 6000sq ft premises and latest state of the art machinery Kopi Coffi Ltd will be in the business of supplying all types of industries with freshly roasted coffee.
From Central and South American Coffees to Coffee from more unusual origins such as Papua New Guinea Kopi Coffi Ltd can roast and package limitless variations of blended and single estate coffees to satisfy all demands.
The company director Mr John Waters is a South Pacific veteran of 30 years who is credited with turning around the fortunes of some coffee plantations where growers had become destitute. He speaks Pidgin English and pilots his own plane between plantations – useful in areas where there are no roads.
“Our blends and single estate coffees have been chosen and achieved by our Master Roaster” says UK & Europe Sales Manager Jason Trinder. He adds “They range from the mild 24/7 Blend suitable for Cafetiere and Filter machines to a smooth medium Kopi House Blend and a special Blend Cymru (Welsh Blend) which is refreshing and fruity and not forgetting a stunning Espresso coffee which has a real bite and a Superior JW Blend which is ideal for after dinner”.
