Styrotech invests £75,000 to meet customer demand !!

Pressbox (Press Release) - Midlands based Polystyrene and Foam converter Styrotech have invested £75,000
in a second new mutli axis cnc cutting facility to help meet the ever growing
customer demand for there bespoke foam and Polystyrene products.

Managing Director Mr Brent Holton said the new plant will take Styrotech
one step further to completing the next phase of Styrotech expansion program.

The new machine will be installed in the additional 5000 square feet production
facility acquired early in 2009 and will compliment the excisting hot wire profiling
equipment already on site.

Styrotech’s additional cnc routing capacity will further expanded to cover a wider range of Materials to include…Acrylics..Foamex..Plastics..Polystyrene..Polyethylene Foams..Polyurethane Foams..Plastazote Foams..Stratocell Foams..

Styrotech produces a wide range of bespoke Polystyrene and Foam packaging items
from a simple pad or strip to a complex composite pack.Styrotechs design team will
work with the client to produce packaging that enhances the protective performance
and the aesthetic values of the customers product..

Customers new packaging designs , are completed within one week from conception to pre production samples ..The clients project is overseen by a dedicated account manager who will over see the design and costing process to ensure the customers criteria for performance and unit cost are meet.

Styrotech offer a comprehensive range of range of standard off the shelf Packaging products including Polystyrene Edge Protectors, Polystyrene Channels , Polystyrene Corners, Foam Corner protectors , Moulded Polystyrene corner Protectors, reusable foam channels and edge protection.Stock items are despatched the same day for next
