Updating your wardrobe doesn’t have to cost the earth. By editing what you have and investing in a few new items, you can reinvent yourself this Spring.
Is it your Colour?
A quick and easy way to start is to look at the colour of your clothes. Hold the item up to your face and see whether it makes you look healthier or drains the colour from your cheeks. If it doesn’t suit you, get rid of it! Wearing colours that suit your skin tone will bring out the colour of your eyes and freshen your complexion making you feel younger, happier and ready to welcome the warmer weather!
Complementary Colours
Group complementary colours together. This will save time when choosing an outfit in the morning. For example, if you have an olive green jacket, it would look great with rusts and oranges, so hang good colour combinations together. Try grey with pink and kingfisher blue with chocolate brown.
Workwear
If you need tops for work, take a look at Kettlewell’s cotton stretch ‘Workwear’ tops. Choose a variety of colours to ring the changes out of a dark suit and you’ll never struggle for inspiration in the morning again!
If you need some help deciding which colours suit you, Kettlewell can help you find a colour stylist in your area. Call or visit their website www.kettlewellcolours.co.uk.
