Shropshire's Wilstone House and Gardens have just returned from exhibiting at their 2nd Hampton Cour

Pressbox (Press Release) - Wilstone are celebrating this week as they have won an award for their stand at the RHS show at Hampton Court.

Co-owner, Christo McKinnon said "despite the weather it has been an epic show that looks to exceed last years sales."

Christo continued "this year, the show seems to be about innovation in design, planting and garden structures and Wilstone have been able to provide customers with items that have a unique and quality feel about them."

Asked what has been the best seller, Christo replied "the show stopper for Wilstone this year has been the firebowl Iron Kadai BBQ's with over 20 sets of firebowl, stand, grill and tongs sold per day." Wilstone also sold a large number of their new Gazebo's with water proof liners - which they launched at Chelsea Flower Show in May earlier this year.

Christo continued "it still amazes me the amount of people that we have met from the home counties of Surry and Sussex that have never heard of Shropshire and have no idea where it is but thanks to brochures supplied by Shropshire Tourism and local B&B's we have been able to also provide a tourism service!
It has been great showing pictures of the Shropshire Hills and enthusing about the castles, towns and sights of our county as well as promoting the Wilstone shop on the A49 at Leebotwood north of Church Stretton where customers can view similar products to the ones we have shown at both shows this year."
