New Arrivals – XCO Trainer
1. Pure Skin Care, is delighted to announce that they are now an authorised stockist of the XCO Trainer. The XCO Trainer is a unique fitness tool designed by Dutch physiotherapist Jan Hermanns in the mid 1990’s.
2. The XCO is a patented system of an enclosed aluminium tube filled with a free moving mass which consists of loose particles of an irregular shape. By swinging the XCO Trainer back and forth, the impact of the loose particles on the end of the tube triggers a series of responses from the body, particularly in the deep muscles of the core.
3. Training with an XCO is excellent for weight management, as even walking with an XCO will involve up to 33% more calories being burned.
