National Customer Service Week 3rd -9th October 2005-10-03
National customer service week is celebrating its fifth birthday this year. Started in 2001 by the Institute of customer service, the week is designed to raise awareness of the importance of customer service and to celebrate the achievements of good customer service professionals every where.
Last year over 100 companies got involved in the week organising events for customers and staff alike.
To support the event, Blueprint Education and Training Services Ltd are offering a 10% discount on their distance learning customer service qualification when ordered during October.
Blueprint Chief Executive, Kim Taylor says “Poor customer service is often one of the main reasons why businesses do not grow. If customers are not happy, they will switch supplier at the drop of a hat. A 5% improvement in customer retention could add over 25% to a company’s bottom line. That why we are offering a real incentive to encourage everyone to take up training, improve customer service and get qualified.”
To find out more about this offer contact Blueprint direct on 0845 8620140.
